16 Women Only
A sacred gathering for the woman ready to rise into the highest version of herself
Some seasons ask you to do more.
This one is asking you to BECOME more.
ASCENDANCE was born from years of both of us working with amazing women in our individual areas of sacred work. And what we are now witnessing are the signs and signals flashing that let us know that now it is the time for us to come together in a divinely orchestrated collaboration. It is for a time such as this.
We are clear that we have urgent, potent, and special work to do with Black Women who are ready to activate and rise into the highest version of themselves - the divine self.
This weekend is not a retreat to give you a little “break” from your “regular” life. It has been designed as a threshold and a line of demarcation: between living with your human self leading, and living with your divine self leading.
Together, we’ll spend three days, April 23 - 25, 2027, in the lush oasis of the Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona - held by two Sistahs who have spent decades doing this work in their businesses, in their own bodies, and alongside thousands of other women.
We are honored to be your guides and spiritual midwives for this sacred experience.
Our divine work together for the ASCENDANCE weekend experience is built around a single question: What happens when you stop DO-ing and managing your life, and you start activating it?
We are not asking you to arrive whole. We are asking you to arrive willing.
With your ascension in mind,
Tovi & Debrena

ABOUT YOUR
CO-FACILITATORS
Where Our Story Began 💜
We first met in Oakland in the late 1990s, introduced by a mutual healer, who was already walking alongside Debrena in this transformational work.
Debrena had recently released her first bestselling book, Sacred Pampering Principles, and had just started her own company after excelling in corporate and serving as an officer in her family’s business. Tovi was in her twenties, already rooted in transforming our educational system from the inside out, and hungry to grow from women that looked like her. What drew us together was simple and sacred: a shared love and passion for sacred self-care, of Black Women as community and sisterhood, and of healing as a path to transformation.
In the years that followed, Tovi joined Debrena’s Juicy Woman Universe-ity program in the early 2000s, and was later invited back to share as a Guest Luminary speaker.
Nearly thirty years later, our paths have come full circle to find each other again, but in a new way. For the first time, we are coming together as collaborators. Each of us carries decades of experience in this work, in our own lives and in leading other women into their more truthful, healed, FREE, and joy-filled expressions of themselves.
Nearly thirty years of sisterhood, quietly preparing us for this collaborative calling. ASCENDANCE is our answer, and we’re rising together.
