I’m excited to announce that I’m one of the teachers in this September’s Mindful30, a 30-day online meditation program from my friends at Mindful!
Mindful30 includes a full month of daily videos sent straight to your inbox, featuring mindfulness practices from me and other experts. You’ll get to practice with each of us for four days. This program is designed to help you build resilience, cultivate compassion and boost your well-being, while bringing these same benefits to children.
A portion of your registration will go directly toward two nonprofit organizations: the Mindful Life Project and the Holistic Life Foundation. These organizations bring the power of mindfulness to students, helping them build the capacity to manage emotions and reduce the impacts of stress.
