FORTIFY is an almost weekly container with zero long-term commitment on your part, you get to choose if it feels right for you from week to week - and even on the day of. If it does, register and commit to BE-ing fully present in our meditation collective. That’s the only commitment. Easy. Flowy. #exhaling
To FORTIFY is to strengthen. And we — those of us who are spiritually — centered leaders in mainstream spaces — need collective spaces to strengthen, feel secure, and protect what is being co-created for our new way-of-living and ways-of-leading.
We need to be fortified. We need to be made strong — not in a way that "aggresses" us, but in a way that allows us to be so strong from the inside-out that we are FORTIFIED with inner-strength, where there is no-thing and no-one who weakens our resolve to BE and DO the very best thing for humanity and serve them from the highest love of our most compassionate selves.
We practice the spirituality of Love. We practice Professional Spirituality® by bringing our fullest, most authentic selves, acknowledging that our work is sacred and so are we® so we must approach our lives and leadership in this way — no more compartmentalization. This is the collective space to practice that consciousness and give us the tools that support our leadership magic.

I know I am not alone in feeling this way. There’s an old oppressive fear-based consciousness trying to maintain positional authority and take out those of us with a loving collective consciousness. We are stronger together. Our consciousness will strengthen in community. Through this consciousness, we convene our magic so that we create a world we do not need to heal from. ​

This is a non-committal collective on-purpose. We don’t need the weight of one more “have to” or “one more bill” or “one more place to be” or “one more contract.” We just don’t.
Now, we need the freedom to choose, to resource ourselves, to be nimble, and have ultimate choice about what is in our power to choose. And I Am craving and creating more space to just BE. And I’m craving service in alignment with my BE-ingness.

So this is my invitation to you for that space in the most non-committal way I could dream up. Step into this supportive container whenever you feel called to do so.

Meet the Heart Behind FORTIFY
Tovi C. Scruggs is a multi-certified and highly accomplished, award-winning meditation guide and educator who catalyzes healing and transformation through inimitable approaches to leadership development.
Anchoring to Divine Inspiration, Tovi is a spiritually-centered leader and modern-day meditation mystic with intuitive gifts she uses to guide other leaders and support their leadership mission and purpose in the world.
Her gift and anointing is to be a conduit for Spirit to help guide others to co-create and recacculturate their consciousness, their lives, and their leadership to H.E.A.L (Have Everything Align to Love). As a result, those who Tovi serves are able to lead from places of deep self-connection and ways-of-living, leading, and BE-ingness that, in turn, also create spaces to H.E.A.L for those that they lead and serve.
