The Dare to Lead: Leadership Intensive Experience delivers the empirically-based Dare to Lead™ program with a lens of belonging. We must embrace courage as a part of our work in order to be more impactful and effective in getting the outcomes we want for our schools and organizations. Before we can tackle systems, we must first look inward, to our internal conditioning because we are the organization.

THE IN-PERSON INTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
This courageous leadership training will change your life and your leadership. The Dare to Lead™ program is designed for individuals and teams who are ready to embrace brave leadership, shed their armor, and show up with whole hearts in their work and life. The research says, "To scale daring leadership and build courage in teams and organizations, we must cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectation, and armor is not necessary or rewarded."
In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, individuals who complete the program may put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
