EI²: Emotionally Intelligent Equity &
Inclusion™ Facilitator Certification
This program is NOT your “same ol’ spin your wheels” process to DEIB work! This is an integrated, leadership-based approach that provides sustainable results FOR LASTING TRANSFORMATION (for both you AND your system/ organization).
Through this 10-month certification program, participants will HEAL through inner-work,
TRANSFORM both self and systems, and LEAD courageously to create more inclusive schools, organizations, and communities where belonging and equitable outcomes are the norm.
DATES: Sep. 2024 - June 2025 (see specific program dates below)
After more than 30 years of facilitation and leadership experience, it is more than evident to me that there is an “order of operations” designed to support the transformational journey and leadership know-how that
results in more inclusive practice so that our schools, organizations, and communities are more effective in terms of equity and belonging. I’ve spent decades in my life’s purpose to decode this signature LEADERSHIP PROCESS to create more equitable systems.
Through this intimate and intensive program,
20 leaders will grow within these thematic
areas for racial healing:
This theme invites us to engage in deep inner work to heal long-term patterns related to racism so that we can lead from a healed way-of-being instead of a wounded way-of-being
This theme forms the bridge between our personal healing and self-transformation to our ability to create collective healing and systemic
This theme empowers us to skillfully facilitate EI² and racial healing - the work of humanity - with courage and compassion toward equity, connection, and belonging in our schools, organizations, and communities.
Our Approach to Transformational Leadership
The EI² Facilitator
Certification is rooted in my signature, alchemical approach of emotionally intelligent equity and
development. Using my own proven proprietary framework, as well as a privatized curriculum from best in class leaders and organizations, the EI² Facilitator Certification has a balanced interplay of racial healing work of SELf-transformation along with courageous
leadership competencies for school and systemic-transformation.
This is designed for
DEIB Leaders/Equity & Inclusion Directors
Educational Leaders & Administrators
Coaches & Facilitators
The EI² Facilitator Certification is uniquely differentiated
from other certification programs because it utilizes
an approach that integrates three key competencies to
BE an inclusive leader:
develop a set of skills that empower us to better relate to others, heighten our self-awareness, and engage in skillful leadership for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging work
work to heal yourself by participating in
experiential healing and then apply that lens to create facilitation support rooted in empowerment and a place of knowingness rather than pure intellect
engage with varied disciplines of leadership and facilitation utilizing
trauma-responsiveness, emotional intelligence, and courage-building
facilitate, design, and scaffold learning experiences for effective and strategic diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work
